Anthony Moustacas

Anthony followed a different path into Law than most.

After completing his schooling at Cranbrook School, Anthony studied a Bachelor of Planning at the University of New South Wales.

As part of those studies, he received a Scholarship to attend the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the USA. That experience thrust Anthony onto the other side of the globe at only 21 years of age.

After graduating from UNSW with Honours Class 2, Anthony worked in both the private and public sectors as a town planner. Although he enjoyed working in Property it was not as a town planner.

Anthony then had aspirations to work as a Sports Agent whilst living overseas in the USA. He decided to enrol in a Juris Doctor in Laws at UTS with the idea that he could use that degree to fuel his dream. Half-way through the degree, there was a change in hierarchy and the degree was converted to a Bachelor of Laws. After finishing that degree, he went to assist his Father at Moustacas & Co Lawyers and has never left.

Anthony focuses on Property law and Wills and Estates. He also still assists in the area of town planning and can assist clients by drafting Statements of Environmental Effects and drafting Objection Letters.

Our property clients range from first home buyers all the way through to high end clients across the Eastern Suburbs. Anthony is always available to his clients.

He is currently studying a Masters through The College of Law with a double major in Property Law and Wills & Estates
