The Firm

​James A Moustacas & Co was established in 1985 on Bronte Road, Bondi Junction by James Moustacas. James moved the firm in 1994 to Spring Street, Bondi Junction and it has remained there ever since. Anthony Moustacas, James’ son, joined the firm in 2010 and in 2015 the firm was renamed Moustacas & Co to reflect the father and son family business.

Our firm is a suburban legal practice, allowing us to deal with matters in a specialised and personal way. It has served the needs of many clients over the last 40 years by focusing on a friendly, professional and efficient service. We take pride in our relationships with clients and hope to continue this service into the future.

Fast forward to now, James Moustacas has now retired from the practice which he thoroughly deserved and Anthony Moustacas is running the practice.


Our People

Anthony Moustacas completed a Bachelor of Planning at the University of New South Wales, graduating with Honours Class 2.


As part of his studies, he received a Scholarship to attend the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. After graduating, Anthony worked in both the private and public sectors as a town planner.

Anthony then completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney. He has worked at Moustacas & Co since graduating.

Anthony focuses on Property law and Wills and Estates. He also still works in the area of town planning and can assist clients by drafting Statements of Environmental Effects and drafting Objection Letters.

He is currently studying a Masters through The College of Law with a double major in Property Law and Wills & Estates
